Assistant Controller

About the Company:
Our client is a technology driven investment firm operating on a global scale with multiple business lines including investment banking, trading, and asset management. The Assistant Controller will work with both the middle and back office teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review the daily, monthly, and quarterly NAV’s
- Reconcile daily capital activity for funds with daily liquidity
- Manage fund cash and expenses
- Reconcile and review daily trade activity details
- Assist with trade settlements, product development, and fund launches
- Work with internal legal/compliance and the fund administrator, respond to investor inquiries, and support operational due diligence sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 3-7 years of accounting experience with a mix of public and private accounting
- CPA preferred
- Experience coordinating with third party fund administrators
- Experience in digital assets/crypto currencies
Salary Range:
$120,000-$160,000
