About the Company:
Our client, one of the world’s most prestigious asset managers, is seeking to hire an Associate to work on the firm’s real estate credit investments. This individual will take on a wide range of responsibilities within the fund accounting, financial reporting, and finance vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team in the financial statement close process
- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K)
- Operate accounting models that monitor investments, debt, and derivatives
- Accounting for and hedging transactions
- Dedicated daily responsibilities including assisting with various treasury functions and valuation
- Support the Controller on quarterly external reviews and annual audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2-4 years of public accounting experience
- Experience working with real estate, asset management or commercial clients a plus
Salary Range:
$75,000 – $95,000
