About the Company:

Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM investing in companies globally at all stages of development across industries and helping them scale. The firm is hiring an Accounting and Technology Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting their accounting and reporting technology platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting business processes and data requirements
  • Reviewing design documentation to ensure it meets the needs of the business process
  • Defining, recommending, and implementing business process improvements
  • Documenting business constraints and assumptions
  • Developing detailed documentation around how IT systems facilitate business process
  • Developing detailed training documentation
  • Creation of user testing strategies, plans, scripts, and participating in test execution
  • Identifying project issues/risks and recommending solutions
  • Troubleshooting business issues as it relates to all supporting technology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of experience as a BA in developing and implementation improvements to accounting systems
  • Experience/understanding of partnership accounting and PE reporting
  • Ability to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously and understand and manage priorities
  • Experience with developing reports
  • Analytical skills to analyze the requirements and define scope and deliverables

 

Salary Range:

$150,000 – $200,000
