About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm with more than $100 billion in assets under management, focused on real estate and alternative investments across high-growth markets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team across all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to implementation and ongoing relationship management
- Support activity tracking and execution for all communication throughout the sales cycle
- Create, update, and maintain profiles including relevant call reports to ensure relationship continuity
- Assist in profiling prospects, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client dinners or events
- Contribute to the design and execution of marketing campaigns
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly team activity and performance reports
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of business development experience
- Experience within financial services a plus
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems
Salary Range:
$130,000-$175,000
