About the Company:
Our client is an international law firm renowned for its expertise in corporate law, litigation, and labor and employment matters providing strategic legal counsel to clients within financial services, entertainment, and sports industries.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers on open searches, assess recruitment needs, search strategies, and candidate selection
- Source candidates for assigned coverage areas using various sourcing tools and platforms
- Schedule and conduct virtual and onsite interviews
- Prepare and present offers to candidates
- Utilize agencies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Maintain reports and metrics for assigned coverage areas
- Perform reference checks and background checks
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-8 years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred
- Experience with various sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
Salary Range:
$115,000-$145,000
