About the Company:

Our client is a 500 person mid-sized health tech insurance provider. The CFO will lead the organization’s finance operations including people, processes, and systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as strategic finance leader and business partner to the CEO and Executive team
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations including working capital, capital expenditures, banking, accounting, audits, tax and pricing
  • Ensure that revenue streams are budgeted, monitored, and tracked by creating and regularly reconciling annual business plans with primary revenue generators
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations
  • Work with management to develop risk mitigation and other related strategies
  • Manage financial systems and proactively improve processes upon discretion

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • 10-20 years of financial leadership experience
  • Experience in a middle market company
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred
  • CPA required

 

Salary Range:

$250,000-$350,000
