About the Company:
Our client is a restaurant and hospitality group with locations throughout the United States and is hiring a CFO who will be involved in all areas of the accounting, finance, and financial reporting for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of the financial forecasting, accounting, strategic finance, and reporting with a focus on strategic decision-making as well as tactical day-to-day delivery
- Be a key member of the company’s executive leadership team and provide analysis to support strategic decision making and recommendations to company leadership
- Responsible for all aspects of cash management, including the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow projections
- Monitor key performance indicators on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and communicate with the operations teams
- Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the key drivers of the various business levers; help drive strategic and operational initiatives as the business grows and scales
- Guide ROI-based business decisions including content and marketing investments, distribution partnerships, technology investments, and other business imperatives
- Ensure returns for all corporate related taxation and applicable licenses and permits are submitted, payments are made accurately and on time, and all relevant regulations are complied
- Develop diverse talent to promote team retention to meet current and future business needs, and career development opportunities for finance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 8-10 years of experience in a professional senior level accounting role
- Experience leading and mentoring departments for optimal performance
- Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications
- Experience in restaurant and\or hospitality a plus
- Prior experience with Restaurant365 a plus
Salary Range:
$200,000-$300,000
