About the Company:
Our client is a wealth management platform that partners with and invests in independent advisory firms providing capital, operational infrastructure, and centralized resources across investment management, compliance, and technology. The organization supports a national network of advisors serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions, while allowing partner firms to maintain their own branding and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to high-net-worth clients
- Provide ongoing client account maintenance
- Prepare and process documentation for client transactions including opening new accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, and account title changes
- Liaise with client’s advisors including accountants, attorneys, etc.
- Field client requests and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner while communicating with the team
- Offer administrative and office management support to the team
- Manage client meetings calendar to include scheduling and assurance of execution for follow up items
- Track expenses and file expense reports
- Coordinate business travel and calendar for senior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of client services experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage tasks and projects
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Securities representative licenses or willingness to get
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
