About the Company: 

Our client is a wealth management platform that partners with and invests in independent advisory firms providing capital, operational infrastructure, and centralized resources across investment management, compliance, and technology. The organization supports a national network of advisors serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions, while allowing partner firms to maintain their own branding and client relationships.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide daily support to high-net-worth clients
  • Provide ongoing client account maintenance
  • Prepare and process documentation for client transactions including opening new accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, and account title changes
  • Liaise with client’s advisors including accountants, attorneys, etc.
  • Field client requests and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner while communicating with the team
  • Offer administrative and office management support to the team
  • Manage client meetings calendar to include scheduling and assurance of execution for follow up items
  • Track expenses and file expense reports
  • Coordinate business travel and calendar for senior team members

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of client services experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and manage tasks and projects
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Securities representative licenses or willingness to get

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
