About the Company:
Our client is a dynamic alternative investment firm and is hiring a Client Services Associate who will be responsible for onboarding new investors, managing ongoing requests from current investors, and assist with investor reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with fund administrator, prospects, and investors to facilitate investor onboarding
- Review incoming investor requests and project manage both internal and external groups to ensure timely completion
- Assist with data analysis and visualization for inclusion in investor reports for RFIs, monthly/quarterly status updates, etc
- Partner closely with IR team to respond to ongoing ad hoc requests from investors
- Review investor capital activity and facilitate interactions between the fund administrator and investors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in a client facing role
- Experience with reporting software’s
- Advanced Excel skills
Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000
