Client Service Associate

Our client a diversified digital asset management firm with over $550 million AUM is seeking a Junior Client Services professional to join their team in order to help service the company’s rapidly growing client base. This is a great opportunity for someone with the desire to assist clients and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment, while gaining exposure to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the account opening process and assist clients with required documentation
- Perform account maintenance tasks including but not limited to; additional contributions, fund disbursements, and name/address updates
- Process subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and, account changes
- Create ad-hoc internal reports for sales and marketing departments
- Communicate with clients regarding inquiries on account documents, monthly statements, online access, account inquiries etc.
- Interact between sales, fund admin, etc to resolve client questions and issues
- Assist in building out and maintaining the company CRM
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including answering phones, typing correspondence, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent working experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 1-2 years of client service/support or related experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 – $75,000 base salary + Bonus
