About the Company:
Our client is a diversified global investment firm with $40 billion in AUM. The firm invests across a range of strategies in real estate, credit, and private equity. The Compensation Accountant will be responsible for the monthly close process and the account reconciliation for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end accounting entries for compensation
- Assist in the monthly GL close
- Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reporting documents
- Work with auditors on a quarterly basis
- Assist in account reconciliation and P&L analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- 2-4 in public or private accounting
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Lawson a plus
- CPA a plus
Salary Range:
$90,000-$100,000
