Compensation Analyst

About the Company:
Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for administering cash and equity compensation programs and executing related accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile all compensation, prepaid amortization, and payroll transactions
- Administer non-cash compensation programs including maintaining vesting schedules and generating journal entries
- Review and support sales commissions calculations and reporting
- Review and process employee offer letters and off-cycle compensation change documentation
- Assist with preparation of employee total compensation statements
- Review compensation audit deliverables, draft inquiry responses, and prepare various footnotes
- Prepare due diligence request responses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or HR
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Workday a plus
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
