Compensation Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for administering cash and equity compensation programs and executing related accounting processes.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Record and reconcile all compensation, prepaid amortization, and payroll transactions
  • Administer non-cash compensation programs including maintaining vesting schedules and generating journal entries
  • Review and support sales commissions calculations and reporting
  • Review and process employee offer letters and off-cycle compensation change documentation
  • Assist with preparation of employee total compensation statements
  • Review compensation audit deliverables, draft inquiry responses, and prepare various footnotes
  • Prepare due diligence request responses

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or HR
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Workday a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$120,000-$140,000
