Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and compensation analysis to ensure pay structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement ensuring equity and consistency across the organization
- Oversee the bonus pool modelling process and collaborate with finance and senior leadership to adjust models based on performance metrics and organizational needs
- Manage the firm’s deferral program and ensure seamless administration of deferred compensation
- Act as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and processes for the offshore HR team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements
- Assist in automating compensation processes through Excel-based tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience within compensation analysis or a related field
- Experience with market pricing, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking
- Strong proficiency in Excel including modelling, data analysis, and advanced function
Salary Range:
$150,000-$200,000
