Compensation Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is one of the premier Real Estate Investment firms headquartered in NYC. The Compensation Analyst reports to the Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation & Equity Manager. This position is part of the Human Resources team and interacts with several departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain compensation projects, new hire budgeting and projections, census data and analysis
  • Prepare ESG reporting and EEOC reporting
  • Administer domestic and international payroll; manage HR department budget
  • Review and oversee quarterly dividend accruals, Employee Share Purchase Plan, RSU, PSU and Director grants, vesting, forfeitures, and accelerations
  • Prepare individual employee benefit and compensation sheets
  • Assist with proxy preparation

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in compensation (equity compensation experience preferred)
  • CEP and CCP desired but not required
  • Experience with equity administration brokers/platforms is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP
