Compensation Manager

About the Company:

Our client is a diversified financial services firm offering extensive services to its clients including investment banking, prime brokerage, sales and trading, equity and credit research, and more. The firm operates in over 35 cities nationally and internationally.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain the firm’s compensation model and employee compensation database
  • Prepare compensation modeling and analysis including management reporting and compensation components
  • Responsible for preparation, collection, and analysis of annual compensation survey
  • Prepare monthly compensation reporting for accruals
  • Review new hire agreements and responsible for execution of compensation awards

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6-8 years of compensation experience in financial services
  • Highly organized with strong project management experience
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

 

Salary Range:

$120,000-$175,000
