About the Company:
Our client is a large tech company specializing in the energy sector and is hiring a Compensation Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and administration of equity-based compensation programs and processes for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing, review, and refinement of equity compensation programs by identifying process improvements and conducting targeted research and analysis
- Audit the administrative agent and payroll provider to ensure the accuracy of all aspects of the firm’s equity program
- Liaise between the administrative agent and payroll provider on equity-related matters
- Develop communication materials to educate management and employees on the benefits of equity-based compensation
- Provide ad-hoc compensation analytics and reporting
- Conduct research on compensation practices and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of previous HR experience
- Extensive experience in equity administration
- Ability to take full ownership of assigned projects and see projects through to completion
Salary Range:
$90,000-$120,000
