About the Company:
Our client is a multi-billion dollar private equity firm investing in healthcare and industrial companies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all management company accounting
- Assist with GP accounting and reporting
- Assist with the management company budget and forecast
- Manage quarterly reporting to outside investors
- Manage the annual management company audit
- Assist with year-end tax preparation
- Assist with capital calls and distributions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5-10 years of management company and GP accounting experience
- Experience in both public and private accounting preferred
- Tax accounting experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills required
- CPA strongly preferred
Salary Range:
$140,000-$200,000
