About the Company:
Our client is a global investment firm that manages diverse assets across private equity, real estate, and credit markets. Known for its large-scale operations, it partners with institutional and private investors to deliver long-term returns.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements as well as required footnote disclosures for the firm’s earnings releases and 10-Q/10-K filed with the SEC
- Facilitate the day-to-day and month-end accounting processes for the firm’s holding entities
- Record and review journal entries as well as reconciling account balances
- Assist with the journal entries and associated processes surrounding the firm’s stock-based compensation program
- Complete and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of related accounting within financial services and/or asset management experience
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Experience with public company accounting and disclosure requirements
Salary Range:
$105,000-$130,000
