Corporate Accounting Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries. The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing and consolidation process ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded
- Review and reconcile accounts including accruals, prepayments, and transactions across all entities
- Assist with daily cash management requirements and banking relationships, foreign exchange management, and intercompany debt compliance requirements
- Assist internal and external auditors with firm-wide audits
- Assist with book/tax provision models when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5-8 years of corporate accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards
- ERP and financial systems experience required
- CPA a plus
- Experience with Concur, Blackline, and/or Adaptive a plus
Salary Range:
$150,000-$190,000
