About the Company:
Our client is a national law firm with a focus on technology, life sciences, and investment funds.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with international compliance, corporate, trading, and custody matters
- Assist with maintenance of client databases
- Prepare AML, tax, credit, and other compliance certifications
- Assist attorneys with inquires and data searches
- Perform cursory review of agreements
- Assist with billing summaries, data reconciliations, and discrepancies
- Work with the various client offices on multiple transactions and follow up
- Provide general administrative support to AML team members and specific clients as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years as a Paralegal
- Paralegal certification a plus
- Experience working within an AML group
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Range:
$65,000-$85,000
