Arrow Search Partners is looking for a Corporate Services Recruiter to join our growing, fast-paced, high energy team, of superstar recruiters. We are seeking extremely motivated and energetic individuals who want to be trained and mentored by some of the top recruiters in the New York market. This is an outstanding opportunity for current recruiters, sales, or Corporate Services professionals who are looking to work for this best-in-class team in New York City. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing experienced and entry-level office support professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating first-round interviews
- Develop new strategies to actively target active and passive candidates in recruiting and business development
- Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies, identifying top talent and qualified candidates through all online sources
- Manage a high volume of candidates on a national level
- Create and maintain positive relationships with both active and passive candidates
- Manage a large network of candidates using Arrow’s applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences
- 1+ years of Professional relevant experience ideal. Superstar entry level candidates will be considered
- Highly motivated and results-driven professional
- Strong team player
Salary Range & Benefits:
- $48,000-$500,000 + Commission
