About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM. They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development with a focus on helping them scale. The Custody Specialist will be responsible for the settlement of transactions, maintenance of securities held, and regulatory and compliance reporting.
Requirements:
- Coordinate all custody aspects of portfolio company purchases and dispositions including review and understanding of investment/transaction related documents
- Maintain the database of securities held by the firm
- Prepare asset verification analysis for external audit partners
- Assist with various custody/brokerage account openings
- Perform various weekly, monthly, and quarterly security holding reconciliations
- Review of certain regulatory and compliance reports inclusive of SEC filings and audit independence
- Understand key business processes and support efforts to streamline and standardize
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with daily investment operations
- Database management skills
- Strong excel skills
Salary Range:
$85,000-$100,000
