Director of Marketing

About the Company: 

Our client is a privately owned real estate company that develops, owns, and manages sustainable and diversified properties and investments. The Director of Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing and help build out the marketing department, develop and execute the strategic asset-level marketing plans within the commercial and retail portfolios, and lead the firm’s social media strategy.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leveraging emerging technology and marketing trends, develop and execute the strategic asset-level marketing plans and budgets across assigned assets within the commercial and retail portfolios to meet key business goals
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing reports to track the campaign progress against business objectives and KPIs, identify actionable insights and optimize campaigns in real time to maximize ROI
  • Build and foster effective business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners and the brokerage community
  • Produce and oversee social media campaign development and content creation strategy
  • Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Work with Head of Marketing, the technology team, cross-departmental teams and external agencies to enhance the CRM system and foster a customer-centric approach to all marketing, leasing and customer engagement strategies
  • Responsible for sustaining and building an engaged online community and social media presence to attract potential tenants, retain current tenants, engage real estate brokers, and educate the general public about the firm’s brand and assets

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5-6 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry
  • Experience in managing complex integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence direct and indirect teams to execute vision and drive success
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences

 

Salary Range:
