Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel arrangements for domestic and international travel
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and presentation decks; assist with research and follow-up as needed
- Manage and prepare expense reports
- Support firm-wide initiatives, investor meetings, and offsite events
- Coordinate personal appointments, events, and personal travel
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related high-level/C-suite EA/PA support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Extensive travel booking experience
- Discretion and judgment when handling confidential information
- Confident and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative
Salary Range:
$130,000-$140,000
