About the Company:
Our client is an alternative investment firm that manages capital across private markets including real assets, real estate, and strategic partnerships. The Executive Assistant will support a C-level executive on a specific team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including strategic calendar management across both business and personal priorities
- Manage calendars by scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating internal and external meetings across global time zones
- Ensure meeting effectiveness by preparing agendas and materials in advance and coordinating logistics and follow-ups
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution
- Serve as a key point of contact and manage competing requests from teams
- Prepare and support frequent client meetings, visits, and travel throughout the year
- Assist with ongoing requests, special projects, and ad hoc initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience as C-level EA
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency, anticipating needs, and taking proactive measures to support executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Concur or other expense related platforms
- Experience with travel management solutions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality when necessary
Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000
