About the Company:
Our client is an investment firm with over $13 billion in AUM dedicated to the healthcare industry. From the start-up phase to fully developed companies, they invest in life sciences, medical device companies, digital health, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for members on the team
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, dinner reservations, and other necessary items
- Manage and track expenses for each team member and execute monthly expense reports
- Prepare and print presentations, memos, and documents
- Organize and attend team events
- Complete ad-hoc special projects and presentations as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-4 years of admin experience supporting a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organization
Salary Range:
$95,000-$115,000
