About the Company:

Our client is a family office headquartered in NYC and is looking for an Executive Assistant who will be dedicated to supporting the administrative and personal activities of the Senior Principal.



  • Lead and manage all personal requests and errands as needed, including but not limited to event planning, making various types of reservations, and personal shopping requests
  • Complete ad-hoc personal tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Manage the Senior Principal’s active calendar of appointments and personal engagements
  • Ensure internal executives and their assistants are well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, including appropriate reminders and follow-ups
  • Potential to interface with internal and external executives and the Senior Principal’s family as needed
  • Work with team to arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Establish and maintain an organized and efficient office
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants and staff



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting high level executives
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in event planning and experience with sophisticated travel reservations and planning
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
