About the Company:
Our client is a private credit investment firm with over $15 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on investments in private equity, special situations, and financing opportunities globally. The Executive Assistant will support the North American investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple complex calendars
- Provide domestic and international travel planning and support
- Keep track and submit expense reports through Concur
- Manage and direct incoming calls and emails
- Organize and manage various documents
- Provide ad hoc support when requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-6 years of EA experience to senior executives
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in business matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$120,000-$125,000
