About the Company: 

Our client is a private credit investment firm with over $15 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on investments in private equity, special situations, and financing opportunities globally. The Executive Assistant will support the North American investment team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple complex calendars
  • Provide domestic and international travel planning and support
  • Keep track and submit expense reports through Concur
  • Manage and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Organize and manage various documents
  • Provide ad hoc support when requested

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-6 years of EA experience to senior executives
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in business matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

 

Salary Range:

$120,000-$125,000
