About the Company:
Our client is an SEC-registered alternative investment firm with over $12 billion in AUM. The firm invests in specialty finance, corporate, and real estate asset classes for private credit and special opportunities. The position will provide extensive in-office support as well as some personal assistance to one of the firm’s Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage a heavy calendar ensuring schedules are followed
- Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel arrangements
- Process expenses monthly
- Prepare agendas and documents for meetings
- Greet guests and manage set up for in person meetings
- Liaise with outside organizations on behalf of the Partner
- Track family health care expenses
- Light bookkeeping for personal investments
- Provide back up support for other members of the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Financial Services experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
- High integrity, collegial, transparent, and relationship oriented
Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000
