Executive Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is an SEC-registered alternative investment firm with over $12 billion in AUM. The firm invests in specialty finance, corporate, and real estate asset classes for private credit and special opportunities. The position will provide extensive in-office support as well as some personal assistance to one of the firm’s Partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage a heavy calendar ensuring schedules are followed
  • Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Process expenses monthly
  • Prepare agendas and documents for meetings
  • Greet guests and manage set up for in person meetings
  • Liaise with outside organizations on behalf of the Partner
  • Track family health care expenses
  • Light bookkeeping for personal investments
  • Provide back up support for other members of the team

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
  • High integrity, collegial, transparent, and relationship oriented

 

Salary Range:

$130,000-$150,000
