Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support for meetings, travel, itinerary, telephone coverage, mail handling, processing of letters/correspondence, maintaining files, events/meeting planning, and other department activities
- Proactively manage and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar
- Organize and prioritize a large volume of information requests and calls
- Research and resolve complex issues on a recurring and nonrecurring basis
- Oversee and manage special events or projects
- Aid in the production of departmental reports, presentations, and general documents
- File notes from company meetings/conference calls
- Assist with research for analysts as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-8 years of previous high level EA support
- Experience within financial services a must
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and conference room databases
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Salary Range:
$110,000 – $130,000
