About the Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support for meetings, travel, itinerary, telephone coverage, mail handling, processing of letters/correspondence, maintaining files, events/meeting planning, and other department activities
  • Proactively manage and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar
  • Organize and prioritize a large volume of information requests and calls
  • Research and resolve complex issues on a recurring and nonrecurring basis
  • Oversee and manage special events or projects
  • Aid in the production of departmental reports, presentations, and general documents
  • File notes from company meetings/conference calls
  • Assist with research for analysts as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-8 years of previous high level EA support
  • Experience within financial services a must
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and conference room databases
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

 

Salary Range:

$110,000 – $130,000
