Responsibilities:
- Proactively anticipate the timing demands on senior executives calendar and manage accordingly
- Help the senior executive prioritize the demand on their time
- Maintain calendar and handle the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls daily
- Ensure critical matters get due attention from the senior executive
- Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties
- Handle office management duties, including supply inventory and purchasing, guest registration and facilitating maintenance requests with building management
- Arrange travel needs through the internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
- Manage, organize, and maintain accurate files
- Act as a liaison between Executive, their Senior Directs, and business colleagues
- Perform other duties as assigned including facilities/space planning, team outings and events, and the organization of onboarding for new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience preferably with executive assistant experience
- Adaptable, flexible, resilient to changes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software
Salary Range:
$90,000 – $100,000
