Executive Assistant

About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes. The Executive Assistant will support senior management for a specific team at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an extensive calendar of meetings and conference calls
- Prepare expense reports on a timely basis
- Maintain record of team invoices and receipts
- Book and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives
- Plan and coordinate team meetings and outings
- Submit weekly timesheets for executives
- Prepare materials and documents for meetings and assist in creating presentations
- Coordinate with other executive assistants and team members as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of prior EA experience
- C-level support experience a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail a must
Salary Range:
$120,000-$130,000
