About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments for middle market companies. The Executive Assistant will assist a Partner at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize an ever-changing calendar and handle the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
- Answer and screen phone calls and e-mails daily
- Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties
- Arrange travel needs through the internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
- Manage, organize, and maintain accurate files
- Ensure critical matters get due attention
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of experience as an EA in the financial services industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience booking domestic and international travel preferred
Salary Range:
$110,000-$125,000
