Executive Assistant

About the Company:

Our client is a technology company specializing in defense manufacturing. The Executive Assistant will also support the daily operations of the office located in Manhattan Beach, CA.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel
  • Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by senior management
  • Handle printing, faxing, scanning, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages
  • Transcribe sourced material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 year of experience as a high-level admin with office management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and DocuSign

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$120,000
