About the Company:
Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Executive Assistant will support three executives on a specific team at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule ever changing appointments and calendars
- Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact between executives, managers and visitors
- Handle incoming phone calls, greet guests, answer phones, and coordinate conference rooms and meal arrangements
- Plan travel arrangements and changes including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, and car service arrangements
- Bridge for smooth communication between all internal departments and external contacts
- Ensure the executives are prepared for all meetings by keeping them on schedule and providing necessary materials
- Prepare heavy expense reports and liaise with finance
- Assist with personal duties as needed
- Assistance with ad hoc projects as needed
- Act as a back up for reception as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related admin experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels and management
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000
