About the Company: 

Our client is a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments in the middle market and supports businesses in sectors such as government services, healthcare, and technology.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage calendars for the CEO and the President
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the investment team
  • Submit expense reports
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, catering, and other specials events
  • Manage tasks proactively and efficiently to ensure continuous coverages for all supported staff
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative projects

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of high-level admin experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
