Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage a complex calendar including meetings, travel, and events
  • Prioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and briefing materials for meetings and travel
  • Draft and edit communications including emails, letters, and presentations
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries with logistics, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Manage compliance program reporting requirements for executives
  • Support special projects and initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of EA experience supporting C-level executives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with calendar management systems and travel booking platforms
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities

 

Salary Range: 

$160,000-$180,000
