About the Company:
Our client is a top private equity company established in 2006 that offers world-class operational, strategic, and financial resources to middle-market companies in the US. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar: schedules and confirms appointments, arrange for meeting rooms or facilities, coordinates travel plans; anticipate the need for and makes arrangements for internal and external meetings
  • Perform personal tasks and occasional errands on a need to need basis
  • Provides agendas or presentations, attends meetings with the executive, and takes, transcribes, and distributes notes or minutes
  • Drafts memos, emails, agendas, action notes, letters, reports, presentations, other correspondence, to high quality standards, distributes necessary information with management
  • Maintains effective office administration systems, ensure all office equipment is functional and office supplies are adequate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related required
  • 5-8 years of experience in executive support required
  • Comfortable supporting a C – level executive and team
  • Experience working with Salesforce a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
