Executive Office Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a private investment firm focused on the healthcare sector specializing in supporting founder-led businesses and complex transactions including carve-outs and buy and build strategies. They work closely with management to enhance value and expand impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and departmental functions
  • Oversee calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting for investment professionals
  • Maintain the CRM system including capturing daily meetings/calls
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Work with building management and facilities
  • Lead office operations including kitchen/supply management and vendor management
  • Maintain conference room calendars
  • Assist with annual event coordination/logistics as needed
  • Assist with and coordination of occasional team and firm events
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years if related experience in office administration/management
  • Experience within financial services or similar-paced industry
  • Direct executive support experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
