About the Company:
Our client is a global investment firm with offices worldwide. They are seeking an Executive Office Manager for their downtown Manhattan office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative support to investment professionals
- Complex international travel management
- Responsible for general office administration, including renovations, office moves, corporate credit cards, vendor management, and service contracts
- Coordination of complex schedules and logistics
- Maintain a professional, organized office environment
- Assist in the planning of company events and initiatives both internal and external
- Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
- Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 5-10 years administrative experience at a global or large professional services firm
- Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and a professional, neat appearance
Salary Range:
$120,000-$130,000
