About the Company:

Our client is a healthcare-focused private equity firm that partners closely with management taking an operationally focused approach to building businesses through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all investment team scheduling, planning, and departmental functions
  • Oversee calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting
  • Maintain CRM system including capturing daily meetings/calls
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Work with building management and facilities as necessary
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment including supply management and vendor management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of office administration and executive admin support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with various CRM solutions a plus
  • Basic understanding of financial services and private equity or desire to learn

 

Salary Range: 

$85,000-$95,000
