Responsibilities:
- Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews
- Manage the entire candidate recruitment experience from scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews with Arrow clients
- Develop new strategies to actively target active and passive candidates in recruiting and business development
- Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies identifying top talent and qualified candidates through all online sources
- Manage a high volume of candidates on a national level
- Source and develop a network of candidates using sales systems and technology
- Utilize Arrow’s proprietary applicant tracking system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or recruitment experience
- Strong entry-level candidates will be considered
- Recruitment experience in accounting, corporate services, temporary recruitment, and/or financial services a plus but not required
- Must be able to communicate professionally with candidates and clients and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Highly motivated and results driven professional
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
