Expense Analyst

About the Company: 

Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform expense reporting
  • Review invoices for proper allocation, categorization, and authorization
  • Own monthly close and reconciliation processes for assigned entities
  • Review complex expense allocations and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with budget and forecasting processes
  • Reconcile, fund, and record intercompany payments
  • Provide payment processing coverage as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Experience working with an ERP/general ledger system
  • Advanced Excel skills including use of pivot tables

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$135,000
