About the Company:
Our client is a prominent family office looking for a Finance Director who will oversee all administration for its operations, accounting, and tax reporting functions and its related entities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO with the financial planning & analysis
- Collaborate with CFO to develop and implement financial and tax planning strategies aligned with clients’ objective and risk tolerance
- Prepare and present annual budgets, liquidity management, and account reconciliations
- Prepare workpapers for state/federal income tax returns, quarterly estimates, and year-end tax planning for the family office and related entities
- Manage all financial administrative operations including cash management and wire transfers across entities
- Oversee entity insurance
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA required
- 8-15 years of experience with financial and tax planning
- Previous experience at a family office preferred
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio planning
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to wealth management and private equity investments
Salary Range:
$300,000-$500,000
