About the Company:
Our client is one of the largest alterative asset management companies in the world, with approximately $881 billion in AUM. Their investments primarily focus on debt, equity, infrastructure, private equity, real estate, and life sciences.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close of the company
- Prepare consolidated financial statements as well as required footnote disclosures for the earnings’ releases and 10-Q/10-K filed with the SEC
- Responsible for the day-to-day and month-end accounting processes for the firm’s holdings entities
- Recording of journal entries and reconciling account balances
- Extensive interaction with auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audit
- Completion and review of miscellaneous monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports
Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- CPA and public accounting experience a plus
Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000
