About the Company:
Our client is a publicly traded technology firm hiring a Financial Reporting Accountant who will assist in the preparation of financial statements, MD&A and the annual SEC reporting for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing statutory financial statements
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual SEC reporting documents and disclosures
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and company policies
- Provide support to the corporate accounting team during the monthly close process
- Assist in maintaining and documenting compliance with SOX requirements for the financial reporting process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- CPA required
- 2-3 years of experience within a Big 4 accounting firm
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Salary Range:
$90,000-$100,000
