About the Company:
Our client, one of New York City’s most prominent industrial companies, is looking to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst to work alongside a team dedicated to reporting and analysis for over 8 major international entities. This individual will obtain progressive accounting experience within the financial reporting, technical accounting, corporate accounting and corporate finance functions.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the financial reporting process over a very complex, multi-national organization
- Compiling and preparing support materials for the quarterly and annual external financial reports, including any offering memorandums, in accordance with US GAAP
- Assisting in technical accounting research and preparation of associated memorandums and global accounting policies under both GAAP and IFRS
- Supporting the implementation of new accounting standards under GAAP and IFRS
- Performing the necessary journal entries required to perform the monthly global multi-currency consolidation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2-4 Years of public accounting experience coming from a Big 4 or top-tier Mid-Size
- Intermediate/advanced Excel Skills
Salary Range:
$80,000-$95,000
