Financial Reporting Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes. The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting for the firm’s funds and management companies.
Responsibilities:
- Review the month-end closing for several management company entities
- Review various master fund quarterly analytics and annual financial statement variance analytics
- Supervise the coordination of the annual audit
- Assist with various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual regulatory filings
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of accounting and reporting policies and procedures
- Responsible for coordinating the weekly consolidated expense estimates process including estimate to actual review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 10-12 years of experience in a financial reporting role
- Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data
- Working knowledge or familiarity with Oracle is a plus
- CPA preferred
Salary Range:
$160,000-$250,000
