Our client is a leading global investment firm overseeing more than $75 billion in AUM, with a diversified strategy spanning leveraged loans, high-yield credit, asset-based leasing, and private equity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance with credit facility terms
- Coordinate new fund pipeline and investor requests
- Source term sheets for new opportunities
- Manage various existing asset warehousing arrangements
- Coordinate with operational teams with respect to mechanics of facility closings and daily monitoring
- Review and compare leverage across funds to ensure leverage targets are met
- Review fund investments for inclusion in asset facilities
- Manage loan approval process with lenders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of related experience within financial services
- Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs
- Understanding of bank loans required
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
