FP&A Associate

About the Company:
Our client is a large privately held construction company providing a complete range of construction services from site selection and design review to new building construction and infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting and business management teams
- Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for backlog and GAP, tracked work, and pending/potential change orders
- Support quarterly and annual forecast submissions for revenue, profit, G&A, and other key income statement accounts
- Analyze business unit performances and trends
- Identify and analyze variances to forecast budget and prior-year expenses
- Support corporate projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
- 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering
- Experience in VBA-Macro programming
- Financial modeling experience in Excel or a similar software
- Experience with CPM softwares
Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000
